Due to the overwhelming success of the Kia brand, a new building was recently opened to better serve Kia customers.
The grand re-opening of Hometown Kia was held in late July and customers were treated to gas card giveaways and a cookout.
Sales manager Russell Massey said the new building is all about the customer.
“We wanted to give Kia customers their own sales and service departments to better serve them,” Massey said. “We want to guarantee customer satisfaction and guarantee that customers come first.”
Massey said that Kia has been the No. 1 brand nationally this year and the Beckley area has seen that success as well.
“Last month was probably the best month we’ve had for the Kia brand. We want to thank all the customers out there who have shown their support. We hope they keep coming back and we hope to draw in new customers.”
Massey said the new building offers both sales and service, and he welcomes everyone to come out and see what Kia has to offer.
“We treat you like you’re one of us. At Hometown Kia, we’re going to take care of you.”
Hometown Kia is located on U.S 19-W.Va. 16 between Beckley and Crossroads Mall. For more information, call 1-866-402-7940.
