Jack Smith of Barger Springs, owner of one of the brick row apartments on Temple Street in Hinton, looks over the damage from a suspected arson fire Tuesday. Smith said his first concern when he heard about the fire was for his “elderly renter and to make sure she was OK.” Smith added the apartments were built in 1905.
