Roger Demik enjoys his lunch outside Tuesday at Tamarack. Demik said he and his dog, Lady Augusta Gregory, always make it a point to stop at Tamarack as they travel through the area from their Kingsport, Tenn., home. “It’s the best food at the best price that I have found,” Demik said.
