Clarksburg police officer Sgt. Jason Webber, left, Detective P.D. Graeber and Fairmont City Patrolman A. Hayhurst, right, escort murder suspect Sidney Muller into Marion County Magistrate Court in Fairmont Friday for his first appearance in connection with the murders of four people including a father and son who were delivering newspapers. Muller was apprehended after a traffic stop in Fairmont. He was charged with four counts of murder in the first degree during an appearance before Magistrate Cathy Reed-Vanata. If convicted, Muller could be sentenced to life in prison for each count.
