Juniors and seniors in UC-Beckley’s Chocolate and Sugar Arts, Advanced Baking and Patisserie classes shared their final projects with classmates and family Wednesday. Taught by Interim Culinary Arts Director Chef Devin Godbey, the students executed a sweet array of chocolate sculptures, ice sculptures, pulled and blown sugar and pastillage. Here, Amanda Fuchser puts the final touches on a Mad Hatter cake created for her final project.
