James Buckland, owner of B&B Transit & Scrap, a demolition contractor, walks past a Dumpster filled with material generated when his company tore down dilapidated houses along Oswald Hollow Road near Mount Hope. Buckland has applied for permits to dump the material on two acres of property on Levisee Creek Road in Fayette County, a site Dennis Garrison, who owns land adjacent to the proposed dump site, says isn’t appropriate for the material.
