Andy Powell, project engineer with the Division of Highways, left, looks at the old bridge and the construction site where the new Lilly Bridge will be built in Summers County. They are replacing the bridge with a new bridge 60 feet upstream. A new intersection for Summers County Route 20/2 and WV 20 will be constructed. The proposed bridge will be approximately 1,225 feet and the overall project length will be 2,450 feet.
