UBB report 3

A Tamarack conference room is filled with family members and members of the media as they listen to J. Davitt McAteer of the Governor's Independent Investigation Panel as he explains the group's findings on the cause of the Upper Big Branch mine explosion that killed 29 coal miners on April 5, 2010.
