Brandi Underwood/The Register-Herald Dressed as the Queen of Hearts, retired Raleigh County librarian Linda Mitchem reads "Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch" to third grade students at Coal City Elementary Thursday as part of Read Aloud West Virginia, a program geared toward getting children excited about reading. Mitchem also presented the Valentine's Day program, titled "The Book I Love" at Cranberry-Prosperity and Lester elementary schools earlier this week.
