Bluegrass fans from around the world checked out the scads of instruments for sale Saturday at the Appalachian String Band Festival at Camp Washington Carver. Bands with crafty names hit the stage Saturday night including The Bucking Mules and Nervous Tick & the Bites. Vendors, workshops and a flatfoot dancing contest rounded out the five-day event, which concludes today with a 10:30 a.m. gospel sing.
