Meri Zirckel, left, and Emily Pritchard are ready for a journey into a day filled with fun, fellowship, a fashion show and workshops dealing with the hard-hitting issues facing teen-age girls today. The third Real Girls conference will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at The Place. The event is free to all area girls 12 and older.
