Oak Hill and state officials, and engineers involved with the project, take part in the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Oak Hill police station along Virginia Street in Oak Hill Tuesday. City officials say the new station will give the police department a little more breathing room than the current office in city hall on Kelly Avenue.
