Rescue workers surround the scene in Ghent where a propane gas explosion occurred. Four people were confirmed dead and at least five others suffered serious or critical injuries Tuesday in the accidental explosion at the Little General Store on U.S. 19, authorities said. According to State Fire Marshal Sterling Lewis, the blast covered 100 square yards.
