Woodrow Wilson girls basketball coach Bernie Bostick encourages his team during a win over Winfield last Wednesday in Beckley. On Nov. 2, 2011, Bostick was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Fortunately, the disease was caught early, and Bostick’s outlook on life has been positively impacted.
