Jackson Oxley, 5, son of Chris and Lisa Oxley of Maxwell Hill, dressed up as a Super Why character as part of the 2009 Kids’ Classic Festival Friday night at the Youth Museum in Beckley. The festival will resume at 8 a.m. today with the Chuck Smith Memorial Run at the YMCA Sports Complex and a parade at 11 a.m. The theme of the festival is “Got Talent.”
